Arrival and departure

  • Check-in: from 14:00 to 17:00 on the first day of the stay.
  • Check-out: until 10:00 on the last day of the stay.
  • Accommodation is only allowed for the persons indicated on the accommodation voucher. If more persons arrive than the number indicated on the voucher, the accommodation provider is not obliged to accommodate additional persons.

Definition of seasons

  • Season: 1 May – 30 September
  • Low season: 1 October – 30 April
  • Top season: 22 December – 1 January

Restrictions

  • It is forbidden to bring pets into the facility.
  • Minimum length of stay is 2 nights.

Confirmation of reservation is sent by e-mail.

Payment for the stay must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of the email. After payment, the accommodation provider will issue an invoice. If the client does not pay for the stay within 7 days, the reservation will be automatically forfeited.

Payment is made in cashless form upon agreement with the accommodation provider or upon arrival at the latest.

Cancellation fees

The client can cancel or change the stay at any time. Fees:

  • Up to 21 days before arrival: no charge.
  • 20-14 days before arrival: 25% of the total price.
  • 13-7 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
  • Less than 6 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

Duties of Client

  • Upon arrival, the client is required to present proof of identity and pay the difference of the price of the stay (if applicable).
  • The client will receive a room key.
  • The client is not allowed to move the equipment, modify the interior or interfere with the electrical network without permission.
  • The use of the client’s own electrical equipment (except shaver, hair dryer and electric toothbrush) is prohibited.
    It is forbidden to take sports equipment into the room; there is a designated place for it.
  • Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 06:00.

Duties of Provider

  • The establishment is responsible for valuables only if they have been deposited for safekeeping on the basis of a receipt.
  • Claims can be made within 30 days of the end of the stay.
  • In the event of a claim, the owner is required to immediately assess the problem or write a report. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days.
